The project

The Green Mystery Guest project, part of the Erasmus+ program under the KA210-VET initiative, focuses on integrating sustainability into the tourism sector. It aims to equip mystery guests and quality inspectors with tools and knowledge to assess sustainability alongside service quality.
The project will produce a Sustainability Checklist, an online training course, and strategic recommendations for policymakers to promote a green transition within the tourism industry​.

Expected outcomes

A 3-module Online Course designed to train mystery guests, quality inspectors, and tourism managers on sustainability-based internal assessments using the checklist.

Recommendations for Policymakers in the tourism, ecological transition, and education sectors to encourage green practices and the adoption of sustainability indicators in the evaluation of hospitality businesses​
