The Green Mystery Guest project, part of the Erasmus+ program under the KA210-VET initiative, focuses on integrating sustainability into the tourism sector. It aims to equip mystery guests and quality inspectors with tools and knowledge to assess sustainability alongside service quality.
The project will produce a Sustainability Checklist, an online training course, and strategic recommendations for policymakers to promote a green transition within the tourism industry.
