Transnational Project Meeting in Cordoba

The second transnational project meeting was held in Cordoba, the city of Poderìo Training & Research, and was aimed at planning project activities from the ninth to the sixteenth month, reviewing management strategies, risk evaluation, project dissemination, and promotion, as well as revising tasks and responsibilities and analyzing all performance indicators. Particular attention was dedicated to reviewing the activities carried out for the “Checklist for Green Mystery Guest” and planning the “Online Course for Green Mystery Guest.” During this meeting, participants planned the development of the modules to be created for the Online Course, highlighting the most relevant needs for their respective territories. Each organization presented the best practices implemented in their local, regional (Foggia – Puglia Region, Bucharest – Ilfov Region, and Cordoba – Andalusia Region), and national (Italy, Romania, Spain) contexts. The elements presented by each participating organization were then subjected to a transnational comparative analysis of practices to be integrated into a European framework.
