Multiplier event in Altamura

The International Event “Green Mystery Guest” represents the final Congress aimed at disseminating the project results
to the target groups. The Congress has been held in Altamura and hosted 300 participants in person and will also be broadcast online in order to guarantee participation to all those who wish regardless of geographical obstacles. The event has been held at Gattopardo Ricevimenti on the 6th October 2024 (hour 16-22).
The International Event, in addition to presenting the project results, the performance indicators in close reference to the
achievements detected in the three participating nations will be aimed at encouraging the sustainability of the project. Lucio Bonafiglia from Igor Vitale International srl and Flavia Guez Merlan from Travel Hospitality Events Management presented the results to a wide audience.

The target groups for this activity are all those who can benefit from the project results or who can promote their adoption in broad and shared terms in the entire tourism sector, so it specifically refers to:

• Mystery Guest
• Quality inspectors for accommodation facilities
• managers and employees of accommodation facilities and in tourism in general
• local, regional, national and European policy makers
• politicians, representatives of the Ministry of Tourism and Green Transition
• representatives of chambers of commerce, trade unions, hotel confederations
• VET centres, trainers and consultants in the tourism and sustainability sector, VET apprentices (in the tourism and accommodation sectors)
• occupational psychologists working in the tourism sector
• bodies certifying skills and working in the field of validation of professional qualifications

Lucio Bonafiglia introduce to the audience the instructions and elements for presenting the Onlien Course for Green Mystery Guest and some of the dedicated lectures on sustainability of food, proposing the example of Chef Peppe Zullo.

The Green Mystery Guest event involved the participation of over 300 people mainly from the tourism, agri-food enterprises and the VET sector involving VET teachers, professors and students.
