It addresses key goals from European tourism sustainability guidelines, highlighting the benefits of incognito quality assessments and offering ways to verify adherence to sustainability standards in hospitality. Drawing on past experience, the text further advances the project’s outcomes, urging businesses and policymakers to integrate these recommendations to support ecological transitions at local, regional, national, and European levels.
The document is designed for accommodation facility managers and employees, as well as policymakers, who can implement the suggested practices to foster sustainability.
